It’s About The Results We Want, Not The Initiatives We Plan

Survive and Thrive in Turbulent Times Through Greater Capability & Performance

Join CRHRA at our Annual Holiday Luncheon December 16, 2009 to hear about this exciting topic. Although experts are saying that our economy is recovering from the recession, many businesses are still affected by the tough economy. Our presenter, Jack Gottlieb, President of the Total Solutions Group, Inc., will help us understand how to drive a culture focused on results while engaging our workforce in the value they can provide.

This presentation will help us understand how to drive a culture that is focused on results while engaging our people in the value they can provide. To foster that type of transformation, we will redefine how people create value within an organization so that we can leverage our full capability and Core Genius. We will leave with the capability to drive immediate value from our people and where to start over the next 90 days. We will learn how to drive a more relevant and clear plan towards aligning our organization’s capability with the execution necessary to drive consistent results. We will also understand what the critical success factors are to succeed and how we can drive distinct value internally and externally in today’s tough economic climate.
