- Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act developments
- Emerging social media concerns
- Deductions from wages prohibited under Section 193
- Funeral leave for same-sex committed partners
- Enforcement and litigation trends
- What’s on the horizon for 2011
- And much, much more!
This program has been submitted for 2.0 recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
After the legal update, enjoy cocktails, networking and dinner with your Human Resources colleagues.
